I dont think there's such thing as "normal".. depends on each car's specs.. My Euro: For 3rd gear and 100kmh, mine revs between 3500-4000.. 4000 when you're still accelerating, and 3500 when you take your foot off. My redline is at 7000. Fuel cutoff should be around 7500.. I took it to 7200...
