Just a symbolic gesture really. Didnt participate, cause there's no purpose. If they really wanted to make a difference, they'd turn off the power to industries.
Sleeping less than 8 hours is terrible for working out though. Muscle regeneration ( I think thats the word ) occurs while you sleep. Sleep any less than 7-8 hours, and development is stunted.
Seriously, every hour of time spent sleeping is one less hour for doing other stuff. I usually sleep at around 1-1:30 and wake up at 6:30. Greatly enhances productivity. Its a pity sleep is so damn comfy though.
Too late. Bah, its due next friday, and I'm sitting on 98% in legal after two assessments, I doubt I can find the motivation, especially on a friday night.
Truth.
People throw the word around too much. Clinical depression (most are false diagnoses) is a serious issue I guess.
I know a guy who failed his hsc three years ago, and complains about being depressed 99% of the time you talk to him. :burn:
