I tried it once for fun, cos I found a pasta machine.... And then I tried that dough making technique... where you get a pile of flour, make a hole in the middle and crack an egg? Like in Shaolin Soccer? lol Pasta tasted great, but not worth the 2hrs spent making the whole meal.

I buy it. The last time I tried making pasta, it took me 1.5hrs JUST to get the dough into thin strips.. and by that time, I was so hungry I was getting weak
