umm...but the article says that Alexander Downer is going to use the money to help refugees and to open schools and hospitals, his wise enough to ensure that this amont of money goes to helping these people and not to fund terrorists.

theres nothing wrong with donating money to refugees, those palestinian refugees live in hard, harsh conditions, and they deserve every cent. I think that it's a really generous donation :D
