Yes there's a roll call while getting on the bus, and then maybe when you're there too during some of the activities.

Exams are usually held during the mid-sem or final exam period, so you don't have classes in that time (mostly, unless it's a quiz which will be in class). Most business classes/lectures would be in Building 1/2/3/4 which are relatively close to each other and building 5 which is a 10 min walk...

Never went to any o-week thing, other than the IT/engineering camp, you dont have to go, I'm assuming it would be rather useless, up to you in the end if you want to go or not.

Pretty sure you can only transfer after first year as long as your results are good (I think you would need a D or higher average), and I'm pretty sure you would have to do it through UAC so apply when the time comes.

You rarely have exams in class, maybe speeches/quizzes, but they do wait about 10 minutes after the start normally, they wont kill you. I had 6 hours straight last semester on 1 day, it all went fine :)
