Q: Do we have to stop at roundabouts?

I tend to stop at roundabouts, only cause I don't trust people at roundabouts. The small ones I don't if I'm going straight, but if I'm going through the monster roundabout at Midway I indicate, and so do most of the other drivers, I think its polite to indicate and let drivers know that...

I got a few letters wrong in the eye sight test for my L's, but the nice lady at Macquarie said it was fine and she just said to wear glasses / contacts when driving, which is whats on the back of my L's anyway.

    Car Racing: Sim vs. Arcade

Yeah, thats the way. Silly me forgot :o I only ever changed my gears when I play V8 racecar driver (or whatever the hell its called, the first one), and only then, I changed them when I raced a stupid merc in the DTM. I just leave my race wins towards strategy though. Nothing beats a...

    Car Racing: Sim vs. Arcade

Usually I leave gear ratios the way that they are, unless I'm doing the old Hockenheim track or Monza. Then I make the gear ratios (forgotten which way now :p) to get to a higher speed. The main thing you change is downforce settings and tyres (wets, inters, mediums, hards or softs)...

Don't worry, my uai wasn't above 70 either (and this was like 2 years ago :p) 1. From reading what it says on the website, here: http://www.uws.edu.au/students/stuadmin/admissions/unitrack/units, specific units require and specific uai, so its going to be based upon what subjects you will be...

    Tutorial Registration opening times

Oh fucks sake, get over yourself. If you knew how to read I said future reference, those new students That doesn't include people who aren't enrolled, cause then they would be future students. I think future reference would make it perfectly clear. Obviously not clear enough for you. Big...

If you knew that, why did you bother repeating everything, people can read. And you didn't already say what I said, yousaid to go to the timetables to view the timetable. Oh noes :( I did a spelling mistake, someone call the spelling police :mad1: Yup, me too. Don't worry about it too...

    Car Racing: Sim vs. Arcade

Well, I love doing endurance races, anything under 12 laps and I hate it, I've done half the endurance races on GT4 by myself, no B - specing. Nothing beats trying to go flat out on woren tyres which are about to fall off the car and with a low fuel load. Some games you can't tune the cars...

    Dropping a subject...

Hold on, since you said your doing a double degree, are these subjects both core subjects that you need to do in first semester, cause if they are, other people will have the same problem, and the uni will have to change them. What course and whats subjects is the problemo?

    master of teaching????

Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. But if your doing a general degree like arts and choose free electives in the area of teaching that interest you, you can gain exemptions. Also, you can do a masters in a field unrelated to your undergraduate degree.

    Car Racing: Sim vs. Arcade

I prefer realistic sims, theres just something about them, that makes me sit there for hours and hours playing them (I just completed the 2005 F1 world championship on full race distance, which was 19 races). Sure, I can play arcade, but only for like an hour, and I begin to loose interest...

l've got a few questions about UWS..

Thats true. The first few weeks of uni was actually really scarey, cause I go to Hawkesbury as well. I remember thinking, who the hell in their right mind would travel this far to uni. And then, when my timetable said classes finish at 5pm, I was worried, especially traveling like 3 hours...

uh huh. When I mean slow, I mean incredibly slow, ie: 5 - 10 minutes to load a page. You'll find it slow, cause you'll be doing subjects from popular schools.

Continuing from what Melsc so kindly copied and pasted :p - After you enrol, and know what subjects your doing, work out the best timetable for you. That why you can pop onto tute rego knowing what you want. - Be prepared for your internet to be very slow, even though it says don't refresh...
