Just get the Ripjaws, and get some other HDD, the Black isn't worth it pretty hard to find a F3 (in stock) these days, also it's arguable whether it's faster or not, only in seek times by a bit, I love my black. you need one, it's an essential still until there's DVDs around you need one...

In a nut shell: BOS takes your raw marks from your exams, then some moderation is done, which in the end is your aligned mark... this aligned marks is given to UAC who then determine how much it will scale, etc... Basically the ATAR calc is acting ling UAC and checking how much it scales and...

this I honestly didn't even remember the day the ATARs were out, someone called (dad's phone was on divert, so someone was asking how I went) to ask and hence I found out... same with marks the day before, no clue (I wasn't here, overseas during the whole marks coming out thing). overall, meh.
