    Yeah I would probably go the flat (90 deg) for the same reasons If you haven't used both may as well just to make sure there isn't some crippling comfort issue due to posture on one or the other, but apart from that the equipment that gives me more options would be my choice every time

    I would go the GHR, it is next on my to buy list GHR are amazing for hamstrings, omg The difference is basically the pivot point, GHR you pivot at the knee and hyperextensions at the hip/pelvis and mainly works lower back

    If I hammer my back the day before shoulders it takes a weak/fatigued back out of focus If you want to do secondary press movements (after military press etc) Basically gives you options, which is always good imo

    I use it for a a few different things, of your listed incline and flat bench I would argue that seated presses etc are quite valuable, ymmv It doesn't rattle. As far as sturdiness goes it can handle 1000 pounds so not really an issue at all, this being the main reason I bought it
