If you want to enter the commerce field I suggest that you don't combine with engineering because:
1. Engineering is hard, if you aren't that interested in it you will get poor marks, not enjoy the course etc.
2. Why spend $32k (8*4*1000) on a degree you won't use?
3. Engineering requires a min...
I met a guy that was doing IT and Medical Science concurrently. It wasn't a double degree (at least that's what he said and I couldn't be arsed to find out if it was true). However both degrees were at the same uni.
Here's how it works in the subjects I've done.
The rounding occurs at the end of a subject (i.e. you can accrue small fractions of a mark)
Assessment 1 (weight 5 * 2% quizzes) Marks: 5, 7, 8, 2, 6 out of 10
Assessment 2 (weight 20%) Mark: 72/100...
Re: Relationship during HSC years?
Why must teen girls make this thread every year?
Simply put if you can't juggle HSC with life then you're never going to be able to juggle uni/work/whatever with having a life.
It's been a few years since I've done my HSC, however this was the requirements that I had to meet to get into my double degree. Of course each uni may approach things differently.
You have to get the higher cutoff. For example*
Cutoff for Engineering: 85
Cutoff for Commerce: 70
If you get a UAI of 85+ you're in.
If you get 70 you can do commerce but not engineering.
*not actual numbers, i can't be arsed to research it.
