adware costs money to delete the virus files ??! according to it i have 200+ bad files including backdoors, trojans and worms so is it a good idea to put credit card details and register and adware ??

spybot says spybot has detected an important registry entry that has been changed category :browser change etc etc and then accept or deny change at the bottom ?? i have no important files as i just got my comp back from being fixed from Harvey Norman and they completely cleaned it out
