actually apparently the USyd IT faculty are getting a new building soon.. I was told this on the open day last year at an IT seminar.. still doesn't make me want to go to USyd to do IT.. UTS IT has made me very glad about the options I took during that time.

You haven't noticed what usyd'ers have said about uts students have you =O Yet, I'm also a North Shore resident/UTS student.. and yes Silver And Cold is generalising to some extent. On the other hand, EATAPIE should go back to his usyd thread..

science faculty would know more.. servicedesk is normally for general enquiries, student administration and IT support..

I can't 100% say that they won't look at your personal statement.. well if it's strongly advised then you might as well do it.. otherwise it would probably be better to consult a UTS advisor here.. anyways, good luck on the transfer!

nope, Information, Classification and Control (31468) will be phased out this year.. what happens if you failed this semester being in a BScIT (pre-2007) course.. you wouldn't be able to do Information Systems Principles (31060) as an alternative would u? could have used the edit button...

I'm not sure about how effective it would be, but my guess is they take all uais, uni semester marks and the personal statement into account when they consider your application.. Are you applying to this course internally or externally?

i used servicedesk and they said i could minus the $174 of my tax invoice and pay less =) jasee can lock this thread now..

Does anyone have unallocated credit of $174.00 on their tax invoice? I rang up the student admin services and they said I could allocated that credit to one of my subjects and essentially pay less.. I still don't get it though, because I thought that $174 was for this semesters union...

Ended up getting MANAGING & ORGANIZATIONS of another friend. Still interested in ECONOMIC PRINCIPLES. What condition is the COMPENDIUM OF GAMES FOR ORGANISATIONAL BEHAVIOUR like?

Just go to timetable builder and view your classes and attend them.. thats what I would do (as the lectures are the first ones that they hand out subject outlines etc.)
