    Is Australia racist?

I concur. Reverse racism (racism against Caucasiuns) is the moat rampant and widespread racism.

    Is Australia racist?

I've never heard anyone call someone a nigger (except in movies obviously). She was correct. To be more politically correct, she should have said swamped by immigrants from Asia. Australia isn't capable of supporting China's huge population that wants to move here. That doesn't make us racist.

    How to pay a $270 000 mortgage

If you want to take out a loan: getting a job is your first step. Then you need to save. Banks want to see a minimum of 6 months of genuine savings (although apparently some want up to 2 years). After at least six months of saving talk to a mortgage broker.

    How to pay a $270 000 mortgage

Whose name is on the title? What street/suburb is the apartment in (this affects the banks risk of the asset)? Welfare fraud is not acceptable and we don't care what marks you got on some shitty ethics course.

    Is Australia racist?

Just because Australians want to put Australia first and protect it from foreign interests doesn't make us racist. Race doesn't matter. They can be white, black, yellow etc and no one cares.

    How to pay a $270 000 mortgage

Is 270k what is left owing on the property? If you get a bank loan your repayments will be about 22k minimum a year (principal and interest). What is the property valued at? If you have decent equity in the property it might not as hard to get a loan as you think.

    How to pay a $270 000 mortgage

13500 in repayments a year is low. If you or your mum legally own the house (i.e. the title is in one of your names) then your aunt can't just sell it. If you have a legal agreement for the loan with your aunt see what the terms say and contact a lawyer. Your aunt could put a caveat on the...

    Boston Marathon Explosions

I really can't see why it should be that inefficient. You should get one appeal and that is it. Just because it is poorly run in some places doesn't mean it shouldn't occur. When the US swat teams go and arrest the Boston bomber(s) they should be loose with their triggers.

    Boston Marathon Explosions

How is it cheaper? It costs (us, the taxpayers) more than 100k to house each prisoner per year. Executing a long term prisoner convicted of horrific crimes would cost less than 100k (a one off cost) and stop the ongoing costs for the taxpayers. Legal costs (of prosecution, appeals etc) would...

    Boston Marathon Explosions

There can be homegrown terrorists. They don't have to have recently came from the middle east etc. I'm not an extremist nutter, not sure where you pull that from? Some crimes deserve the perpetrator be removed from society. Why should we pay to jail them forever?

    Boston Marathon Explosions

You don't think terrorists who kill westerners on western soil don't deserve to die? They do in my opinion.

Whether the attacker(s) are muslims or Mormons or whatever etc, they must get the death penalty.

Do you support high levels of Immigration

I really do ot see anything wrong with most black culture in Australia (excluding some parts of Africa and recent immigrants etc). There are more troubling cultures failing to assimilate and integrate in Australia.

Do you support high levels of Immigration

Again, culture can explain this. I don't know what you describe as a black place, although I am sure there are plenty of nice areas largely inhibited by well raised black people in Britain etc. I know where I would rather live.

Do you support high levels of Immigration

I don't think race matters either. For example, there are people of Chinese background who are 3rd generation proud australians and as Aussie as anyone else. Culture (including where you were born/raised) is what sets people apart.

Do you support high levels of Immigration

It is not politically correct perhaps, although I also agree with the general gist here. Limited immigration from certain countries who share similar cultural values and standard of life to most of us in Australia is fine. It is not about race or skin colour (which don't matter), it is about...

    It certainly isn't sustainable.
