    Question about dropping from Advanced to Standard(English)

    DON'T DO IT. I did standard english regretably. Finished 2/87 at my school. Will at absolute best get a low low band 5, but more then likely a high band 4. I wish i did advanced, tbh i would've got a medium band 5. Stick it out, trust me, you will regret it.

    Yes it is. Dedication, its been proven with HIT in the morning on an empty stomach, with a correct high protein diet and workout it can be done.

    Nice pace t. I would advise encorporating more barbell excerises. About 4;2 ratio. Spider curls are great, try them.

    It depends on your fitness goals. Adding muscle or losing weight protein is required. The RDI is 50grams a day, I would advise consuming no less. 70 grams is good, stick with it, until you try and add muslce, then add some more! :)

    As independentz said, its 1 - 1.5 g per pound. 1pound = 0.45kg The body can only digest about 45grams of protein per meal, hence why people trying to add muscle, have spaced out meals.

    Don't know of anyone has said it but... I would do (and I do, when i am cutting) about 45 mins of cardio, including HIIT training in the morning before eating, immediatly followed by a protein shake with 15-20 grams of carbs. This will allow you to burn fat straight up in the morning, while...

    I eat 6 clean meals a day. 6 40am 9 am 12pm (half a meal) 1 15 (half a meal) 3pm 7pm 10pm I try to take in about 200grams protein/400grams carbs and <40grams fat.
