just wait till enrolment ;) its probably an idea to have a look at the handbook to check out the standard first year subjects for your course. but on enrolment they will basically go through it with you and you choose your subjects there if its flexible, or otherwise you basically get told...

zahh, yeah its basically the one course, but you get to pick whether or not you combine another degree for a semester (or yr?) more could be mad, but as someone mentioned basically your free choice of arch electives(or just general electives) in the arch degree will go towards arts or soc...

Dont give up hope! the fact theres still vacancies is mad, and with that index you should be quite competitive. have you confirmed that your application + statement all went through properly? :confused: no idea why you didnt get an offer

haha, hmm im not into the business scene, so im not sure about this... but have a look in right here :) http://www.handbook.uts.edu.au/directory/maj08437.html it talks about the accounting major and CPA accreditation 'This major satisfies the university education requirements of CPA...

civil is one of the most popular eng degrees at uts. so go on the o-camp, and you'll be able to meet heeps of people and get drunk with them on the last night of camp :) i did civil last year, and was dreading the camp... although it wasnt that great :p i met alot of the friends i still have...

umm, all you need to do is organise your email and whatnot (after accepting) ... then just wait for them to contact you about enrolment. you'll be doing all your subject selection stuff at enrolment and there will be people there to help you with it :) if you've tryed to do something online...

what did your nrsl index end up being? i think the only thing holding you back is that you've only got a cert4... although if your marks are cometitive, which it sounds like they are, and you wrote a good personal statement, i have no idea why you didnt get in... it might be best to ring...

just check the thread laz posted in uni-general :) ... it has the cut-offs listed (and that none of the uts, usyd, unsw courses have vacancies in arch atm :( ) but this is all really inconclusive since im guessing a fair few people would have recieved offers in arch that they dont want. so...
