In Bali, you don't have to be proven guilty. If you had it you should be responsible for anything that happens. Bali's legal system is very much different to ours. If she is guilty? She got off really lightly in an Asian court. If she is innocent? She will not get off, unless the culprit...

i have 5 assessments - each worth 20% that includes the trials which is 20%...

nup.. not really i go to killara high (non- selective) the two guys that i described before have been beating me since yr11.. and there's a substantial spread between the marks.. i know a person that got 1/60 in one test...lol

there's about 20 ppl in our class.. and the spread of marks range from about 90% to about 2%... not many ppl are consistent..
