In Bali, you don't have to be proven guilty. If you had it you should be responsible for anything that happens. Bali's legal system is very much different to ours.
If she is guilty? She got off really lightly in an Asian court.
If she is innocent? She will not get off, unless the culprit...
i really don't think susilo bambang yudhyono will pardon Corby, I really don't think he cares about the case (what he said to John Howard was just to reinforce the relationship between the countries)
If he was to become involved --> Corby may get 5-10 years of her jail sentence. That is all.
Of course there are much more people worse off than Corby. Look at it this way:
She was jailed in Bali --> 20 Years
If she was jailed in Australia with guilty --> She's only get 3-4 years.
Any other Asian country --> she might even get the death penalty.
