If your ranks are fine, then maintain it, if they are not, then put a bit more effort into it as well as your other subejcts, to try to ensure that maths won't count, but it is preferable to try and do alright in maths rather than fail it.

There has been. 12 units this year for a total of 14 units altogether.

Just means that you had easy internal assessments or easy marking, and as such moderation will have done its purpose, even out the different school's assessment marks. In this case, if you were ranked first and the highest exam mark in the external HSC exam was lower than your internal...

Just go nuts with the revision if you're gonna finish it this early.

We started off, in our grade, with 25 kids that dropped down to 7 doing the SC in Year 9 and the 2 unit maths HSC in Year 10, then 25 doing 2 unit as well as 5 doing extension 1 maths in Year 11.

I wish I had that kind of luxury at the moment :( Happy Easter! :)
