Easier trials doesn't necessarily quantify less marks in the HSC. Even if the trial is piss easy you cannot just say marks in the 90's will translate to lower marks in the HSC. I mean my mark in my 3u trial which was easy asf compared to the HSC was 88% and I got an aligned 96 external mark...

They were more so in the middle leaning towards light. You really don't have to worry. It's highly unlikely they won't be able to read it. And if they can't read the scan I'm pretty sure they order the hard copy of your paper

I did all my answers in Pencil as well last year, and their scanner obviously picked it up because I got a good mark.

Usually people in 4u take the big4 so to speak.. Eng Adv, Maths Ext1, Maths Ext2, Physics, Chem. What questions do you have? What's wrong with having a lower scaling subject with a high scaling one? You should just do what you like.

In the long run HSC is quite negligible in terms of affect on your life. In the short term it will affect you and it may take you a few extra years to get to your end goal but that doesn't mean you cant.

Yeah but still? I got 18% in an independent chem trial without knowing a single thing. And chem is much harder than SDD
