Did your teacher say anything about not using terrorism? My teacher wanted me to use that..but for a criminal justice issue...

dot points for issues and remedies are: nature of contracts, written or oral, role of common law in remedying injustice, statutory controls etc etc. They're incorporated into my essay- Only my issues are the main problems such "unlawful contracts, misleading advertising etc"

Okay I think I get what you're saying But don't you think providing legal aid, is a way of achieving access to justice? Besides the point that it achieves justice, don't you think without it, the person wouldnt be able to have access to justice? Did that confuse you?
