My only classes that are overfull are: - Engineering systems design lectures - Engineering systems design workshops (Does this mean that some people wont be able to participate in group work?) - Science 101 (158% overfull) What does EVERYBODY want to become an engineer?

Iran has enough uranium for bomb; UN

This topic does seem quite scary to me. At the moment Iran is rather unfriendly to westerners and the thought of them having the capability to construct a nuclear bomb that will be rather weak (compared to what has been made) but will still be powerful enough to destroy a city. I would expect...

    2009 sem1 timetables

Sorry my response was a bit ambiguous. What I was meaning is that for me to get the same accreditation it would take 1 more extra year than a student who did a bachelor of engineering.

    2009 sem1 timetables

With the melbourne model I have chosen to do a bachelor of science degree and have majoring in an engineering field an option (as majoring in physics is still something I'm considering). So the brilliance of the degree is that I can do my science subjects whilst having engineering as an option...

    drink bottles to uni

I'm going to bring a water bottle! I don't care if I look cheap at all by bringing a water bottle. I have sort of developed a dependence on water bottles and I sometimes even buy a bottle of coke or a can of V in the morning aswell to get that caffeine fix (especially for morning exams - that...

    Arts @ Melbourne 2009

I'll be at week-O! I'll be doing a bachelor of science degree though. I don't want any weirdos asking me to sign up to wacky clubs though! I want to ease into uni rather than being dropped in the deep end! Well thats my 2 cents.

How did you know that medicine was the right choice?

This is sort of like my dilema. Although my interest is with maths and physics (and I'm starting first year uni) and I'm wondering whether I should go into engineering to apply this knowledge (I percieve this as similar to how doctors apply medical knowledge to treat patients) or phyics to...

I really feel your pain! Last year when I did my VCE (ENTER not UAI) I was going really well in all my subjects but one persistently never worked in my favour...English! I know what you mean with english teachers never actually helping you improve your assessment marks (Ours sort of just...
