    haha i was only joking, but in order to achieve a good atar... Past papers, pre reading and consist study. So min of 2-3 hours per week day, and min 4-5 hours per week end

    Dude remember ALL formulas, know each variable in each formula, and keep reciting. That's probably the best you can do. Also read and understand examples, this should at least boost your confidence.
