I spoke to a whole bunch of IB reps at the meeting at that bbq around week 12 last semester, the bigger banks ie. westpac, macquarie etc. did require a credit average and higher marks, others like deutch bank and credit suise didn't focus too much on marks as much. but that good be bullshit...

math subjects kinda force upon people to constantly upkeep the study, like QMA for instance. so thats why they pass harder subjects, more works put in

i get 9-10 hours sleep and i gym it up to keep me physically active, but nothing can keep me going in those finance lectures where lecturer doens't speak english. so i dont even go to them, i just do notes @ home

the foods a bit over priced but otherwise i think its a top uni

i was in your boat back in 1st year yes i did general maths. u have to duke it out, dont be weak and give up. chances are youll have to refine and learn new study techniques like i did, any struggles with the subject get help from tutors/pass classes! gl
