I'm pretty sure if they mandate for one text, they will have to mandate for all texts and the sheer impracticality of doing this and making sure each mandated scene/poem/essay are of same difficulty puts them off :)

Okay I had a heart attack when I read this, but then did some research This is what the assessment and reporting from the Board of Studies says: Paper 1: Area of Study (40 marks) Paper 1 will be marked out of 45 marks and the mark for each candidate will be converted to a mark out of 40...

Dig up every technique you can see, then shove them in your answer and relate it to a concept of belonging. When in doubt bullshit as much as you can. How I got 15/15 in Trials :)

2x English in week 1, MX2 in week 2, then in week 3 I have Japanese, Chemistry, a day off and finish with Physics woo fairly good I guess, Japanese is like a bludge.

LOL those are some funny examples. Why they even memorise word for word, they probably could've got away with it otherwise if two people had similar ones.

Lol what if its like really common and cliche plot, e.g. migrants from Asian countries, or country people moving into cities and those common ones.
