Ha, same here I enjoy PDHPE (fave sub) and am thinking of doing some type of course in the health/exercise/rehab field so i need about 88 which will be difficult! Thanks, good luck in your subjects aswell. Btw how do you know your ranks already?

One of those "HELP 10 or 12 units!!" thread.

Oooo I'm doing all the same subjects as you now and yeah dropping it is probably a good choice because you know how much work PDHPE is!! Btw what UAI you going for? It's quite difficult for people like us to get a UAI of 90+ cause we need to get like 87-88/100 in every subject which is hard.

    How detailed are your notes?

Lol nah you'll be right, just make new notes and only take the most relevant content. For religion were you talking about the 1 unit course (SOR I) ? Cause if so for the first topic "religion in australia post 1945" you should really only be doing about 6-8 pages typed cause its only worth 30%...

    How detailed are your notes?

Dude im with you, i have no idea why everyone in this thread is doing so much work for 1 module. My ancient notes are 33 hand written pages long but these ppl seem to think you need like 60 lol. Also did i see someone above say they did like 30 pages for religion? If so that really is just...

    How detailed are your notes?

Lol there is once it begins to push out other info you learnt (usually the first topic).

    How detailed are your notes?

Let me just say if your doing 10,000 words just for maintaining a balance in Biology then that is WAY too extensive. I've done 5000 words for mine and i have covered everything on the syllabus notes and more... so i dunno what you're doing but it sounds like its alot more then you need.

Looking forward to the future... But struggling to survive the present. Anyone else?

Actually i find that cramming the night before helps alot, atleast for me it does. I mean if you cram like 3 hours before then you only need to hold onto that knowledge for a few hours and your fine.

If you can get rank 1 , there a point going all out?

yeah do the best to your ability so you don't regret it down the track if you somehow miss the UAI you desire. On an unrelated note can someone tell me what makes a person a "troll" because lately i've seen it being said a few times.

Looking forward to the future... But struggling to survive the present. Anyone else?

Yes but I mean that workload & general course difficulty (exams etc) are of a very hard standard in med, no matter how good you are.

Looking forward to the future... But struggling to survive the present. Anyone else?

    10 or 12 units ???

hey im just wondering if you do 12 units and bomb your HSC exam for two 2 unit subjects but ace the assessments in those 2 subjects does it get rid of the 2 exam units for both subjects and still keep the 2 assessment units for both subjects??

B Applied Science (Sports and Exercise Science) Question

thanks for that but i am still a tad confused. At the moment i do general maths so do this count as 2 units of maths, because it does not say 'any' two units of maths like it does for english. Surely Biology, PDHPE and General Maths must make up 4 units of science/maths.?

B Applied Science (Sports and Exercise Science) Question

Hey everyone im just wondering what it means by PDHPE may be used as a science unit under assumed knowledge for this degree at UWS. To be more detailed it says this: Assumed knowledge: Any two units of english + four units of science and/or mathematics. PDHPE can be counted as a science unit...
