    Another actuarial query =/

Not a popular major from what I recall. I'm not saying its bad but not many people do it. Probably because most students would just go for a straigh comp science or engineering degree instead.

    Economics UNSW

Business economics is the equivalent to a plain economics major in an economics degree. It's very flexible and you can pick and choose whatever courses you'd like to do. It's practically the same as the economics major under an eco degree. Financial economics is really a lot of econometric...

    general UNSW chit-chat

It's a shit show. Run by students. There's 3 main ones each year at unsw. Med, Law, CSE (Computer Science Engineering). I meant skit show... Or did I???

    Economics UNSW

That what's everyone does. Fuck, I should know. My father did it but I don't do those majors though. It's a good choice to be honest. You'd just be like all the other students around you really. That's all.

    Another actuarial query =/

I only gave you my opinion. Of course you can go do accounting and actuarial if you wanted to.

    Economics UNSW

Just do commerce and you can do an eco major under that (different name for the eco majors under commerce but you're doing the same shit). Economics degrees are highly specialised so if you don't like it, you don't have as much flexibility as a com degree to move around in.

    Another actuarial query =/

Probably finance. Since its apparently an easier version of actuarial. Accounting is great and all in terms of employability but chances are, if you've got the brains to do actuarial, you're probably going to become an actuary or work in some sort of quantitative role as opposed to doing...

Level of Maths Required To Do Well in Finance and/or Financial Economics

    1) Yes. The only thing you'll be doing again from high school will be calculus. But the course structure is changing next year so I'm not even sure qma and qmb will exist anymore. 2) Yeah. To be honest, I think an economics degree is more substantial mind you than a commerce degree nowadays...

    Lost mobile phone

You're unlucky I didn't find it. Some idiot left 2 phones next to me once in the law library and because I'm not a thieving fuck, I left both the iphone and samsung with the security guard.

My dad did a com degree at unsw and now he's earning a shitload as a director for an international bank.

    general UNSW chit-chat

It depends on how much fun the revue people are having. Apparently, if they are having too much fun and not really rehearsing that often, then it is usually shit. It's a mixed bag as far as I'm concerned. An entire revue is never funny. But if it makes you laugh for even half of it, then it's...

    attentive guys... what to do?

Depends what it is. Then again, I don't attribute my self-worth in a relationship by being my gf's bitch. You said it was small, though? Chances are, she didn't notice it in the first place? Have you had a gf yet, omie?

Did anyone see law revue this year? If so, was it shit or better than last year (which was also still shit)?

    2.1 computer speakers recommendation

How are the logitech z4's? I've been using my Z3's for nearly 4 or so years now. I might upgrade sometime next year by the looks of it though.

    I need entertainment.

Live in the city. That way, you can go to the city and watch other people having fun while you're still bored.

I haven't seen leslie in awhile but Im amused everytime I see his 'peace out' gif dp on msn. I had the worst midsession today. 2 of the pages were missing in the exam booklet because it wasnt printed out correctly so the lecturer had to write half the questions on the board and then show some...

How long does it take to?

Unless you live around kensington or randwick, riding a bike to uni wouldn't be worth it.

    Economics UNSW

Economics has the same course structure as commerce in first year. So you'll be doing your accounting, econ maths and economics together. The difference is that in economics, its mandatory that you have to do an economics major (obviously). So basically, you'll have to do one of the following...

    Concerns regarding my uni degree

Thought of going on exchange if you haven't already and you can afford it? Otherwise, if you do defer though, chances are that it will be even harder to get into the university routine again since you're finding it as painful as it is right now. Why are you so good at making such shit...

    Single Major & Double Major

Double major for sure. Nobody really does only 1 major nowadays. Unless they can't be fucked doing more courses for the other major so they just do a minor instead. Either that or you're doing a double degree which would be fine.
