I suggest you do Biology if you lack motivation in doing Physics, because motivation plays a huge role in the HSC. Btw on a side note, did no one else notice the OP is doing 15units?, as another sugestion if you didn't want to do either science you could just do neither, you'd still be set...

I got my chem rank back today. came 6/60+, pretty happy with myself was hoping for top 15 so i was blown away by the rank XD.

Only ancient and HX1 are capped, but not by a significant amount so a 99.95 ATAR is possible with those subjects, so yeah its possible to get 99+.
