Yeah, it possible. I think you'll get early band 6. I'd imagine that 90% of your grade will get Band 6 in Maths.

Highly recommended coaching centre for HSC Chemistry in Chatswood?

There's NorthShore in Chatswoord. I know it's alright in Maths, but I'm not sure about Chemistry. You could try to take the train elsewhere. Or try Prior.

She just attempts to make class more interesting. If you are getting tutored by her, then you are really lucky. However, she...

anyone get UAI > 90 who did English Standard?????????????

Top UAI for Standard English in 2008 and 2007 was 99.9 and 99.95 respectively. So, yes it's doable. I'd say 90 uai+ is very achievable, but to get around 99+ in Standard English, you'd need a high band 5 or Band 6.

Recommended Texbooks/Study Guides for Preliminary HSC?

Re: Would you recommend these books? Don't bother with the third edition. Yes, dot point is really good. What selective schools should my cousin apply for?

If your school is ranked in the 500s and you want to get into a partially selective school, A's and a few B's would suffice. If you want to get into a fully selective school, you would need all A's plus probably top a few subjects.
