IF you're using the leading edge / Dixon textbook, then I would suggest looking at section 11.6 - Government Policies and Inequality And then looking at the info under the subheading 'Government policies to reduce inequality'.

the future of carbon tax and ETS is too uncertain to be talking about it in a HSC short answer which asks for ONE answer. besides I don't think they are even environmental targets you can include that, but if you chuck it in for the hell of it, it will be irrelevant and won't reap any rewards...

Hi there, I don't have the time to go into it now. But I will be writing up the second edition to my study guide in November. Once my HSC is completed, I'll be writing it up and posting it. And in it, will be a dedicated section on writing notes. So, yeah, sorry for not having the time to go...

raw mark for mid band 5 is usually high 70s or low 80s. last year, a raw mark of 78 was aligned to 85, which is smack bang mid band 5.
