i don't think there's any definite line for regular/non-regular usage but imo anything more than once a month has definitely gone into 'regularly' rather than 'occasionally' territory. i used to smoke a lot more than i do now, last year i did it like 3 times, so far this year i've done it once.

Is there any doubt that Hitler + the Nazis weren't successful in completely overtaking German social and cultural life in the period 33-39? especially in terms of women, youth, education, etc etc? Because I'm trying to evaluate this but it sort of seems indisputable.
