not saying this just to please you, but discounting maths 3U, those are very very good marks - especially for English and PE. Even your Physics mark is quite above grade average.

with all that in mind, then it seems to me that what you have described above would be the reason why they do the nudging/shifting around of marks at my (academically high-performing) school - i.e. doing this:

i think they don't care too much. if you go on for a lot of lines appropiately and relevantly, you can still get the marks. e.g. person who state ranked phys last year, i've seen his actual hsc paper, wrote 2 pages for some 10 line qs etc. you get my drift...
