I am looking here for general advice re 4/5th year electives. Tossing up between IP and Sucession. The others im doing next semester are foundations of commercial law and litigation. Thank you to the person who posted the IP unit guide before, good to get an idea of how it is structured...

It's impossible to know your internal mark, its all dependant on the external exam and how your cohort does. id say band 6 would be more like 87 and above maybe. Depends a lot on how they mark it..... wow what an obvious assumption lol

I always thought that legal studies doensn't actually scale all that well. Definately not as well scaled as subjects like economics, physics, chemistry. I dont know what kind of raw mark will be needed for band 6 . . . but id imagine that you'd need to get fairly close to 90, although it will...

Re: physical journeys well i would say that shrek and finding nemo are definately. They probably dont want you doing animated movies for whatever reason they have. They seem to encourage more substantial texts, but it didn't deter me - i used Ice Age without seeing the film for at lest 3 years...

Is that a locus question? I get confused with 2unit Locus. The only thing i can remember is that you have to "let x = something". Or is that 3unit? Can somebody clear this up for me? What are the types of locus questions that can be examined?
