Thanks :) I know i'm asking alot of questions... but would it be best to give questionnaires to bi polar sufferers or to the people who know people who are bi polar? Im just now sure how i would go about finding that many people to fill out my questionnaires.

For my IRP i have decided to do "How does Bi-Polar impact on the wellbeing of an individual?" but it seems pretty broad and i'm not sure what to focus on or how to narrow it down . IRP Plan due soon. Any help very much appreciated!

I got my IRP about a week ago and I'm having difficulty choosing a topic. I'm considering something along the lines of " What influence does the media have on shaping gender perceptions in children" but I'm not sure how i would go about collecting primary information such as questionnaires...
