Need Help Making Question Specific (1 Viewer)

For my IRP i have decided to do "How does Bi-Polar impact on the wellbeing of an individual?" but it seems pretty broad and i'm not sure what to focus on or how to narrow it down .
IRP Plan due soon. Any help very much appreciated!

maybe focus on a specific section of wellbeing. id probably go with socioemotional. so how does bipolar disorder impact on the socioemotional wellbeing of those who suffer from the illness?

Also what would be the best research methodogies to use apart from interviews?

questionnaires definatly, otherwise you wont be able to graph results.
you can include something on the effects on the people around the sufferer, especially in the lit. review.

I know i'm asking alot of questions... but would it be best to give questionnaires to bi polar sufferers or to the people who know people who are bi polar? Im just now sure how i would go about finding that many people to fill out my questionnaires.

your question is basically dealing with bipolar suffers so sufferers most probably.
