    Everyone has his/her won perception regarding this,no doubt proper sleep is quite necessary for our health and fitness.In my opinion 7-9 hours seems reasonable but lots of people I know sleep way less than that.

    Someone should do a survey on the relationship between subject selections and height. 4u maths makes you shorter. Either that, or it's the high concentration of a particular ethnic group.

    Coke Zero bad for weightloss?

    This is nothing, one of my friends was addicted to diet coke, that's all he ever had and milk sometimes or so he claimed and only 3 weeks ago did he quit drinking diet coke.
