    Adding on, calculation may be useful in SDD (if you happen to take it) and the information processes are done again in more depth during yr 12

    Agree with this point Personally I like raw mark numbers as most people have a pretty good idea as to what range of marks they will achieve in the hsc exam (from part papers etc.), so you can get a pretty good estimate as to what your scaled mark will be

    looking at the UAC report, The graphs from the site seem to be using the raw mark

    Yeah, its not great but most subjects don't scale as well as people perceive them to. Although SOR 2u seems to fare better, I have obtained more graphs from the same site SOR I vs SOR II vs physics in 2021 Similar result in 2020 However, we can see a bit of variation in how SOR I is scaled...

    scaling

    Scaling for business studies seems to be fairly linear, yuo can have a look at the graph I generated using a website (https://hscscalinggraphs.au/). Multiply everything by 2 as I'm assuming you would want to count both units.
