Thanks for your help. i do think newcastle would be better for me. My parents are very pro-unsw tho, so i have to rally my arguments and talk to them about it, and hopefully persuade them that newcastle is better for me. I'm going up on saturday to look at houses and at the uni in general now...

I had the same dilemma yesterday, I called UAC and they promised me that there was no possible way that accepting UQ could change UNSW. So I accepted. Queenslands at the bottom of my list, but at least i've got something now.

i just got back, but remember to take a bag with plenty of spare room, coz you will not want to pack properly the night before you leave, or on the morning, so its much better is you have plenty of space.

i just got back from byron, and i took 500, but that included our 150 bond, and ive got 200 left. just make sure you dont forget about the bond like we all did.

I've grown a lumpy-blistery thing on my little finger from where it rubs on the paper, so i haven't been able to write without a banaid on it since trials because it hurts too much. And now i've graduated to two bandaids, it hurts through one of them.
