I was really embarrassed because the teacher was calling out the marks infront of the entire class and when it got to me not only was I shocked I felt really angry. It pissed me off and I almost wanted to tell them to f**k off but I would have been sent to the cooling off room.
Yeah as I said your school may mark quite hard, which is based on the train of thought that students will work harder to achieve the same result as a school that isnt as hard at marking so that in the HSC the students will perform better. I dont know the exam paper or your school so I cant really comment on your particular circumstance, just study smarter and learn the work better. If the way the teacher is teaching you isnt working suggest a better method, cause my teacher was always asking us if she could do things differently or better. Now your in yr12 the student-teacher relationship is more equal and not dictorial like in previous years
