Fill me in - maybe I've got the wrong albums, but thaks for the list.

astronomy domine was written by syd. but a saucerful of secrets the song was written by the dave, nick, roger and rick.
syd was in the band for the early days when they released singles, and was in the band for 'piper at the gates of dawn' (which is brilliant), he wrote one song for 'a saucerful of secrets" (jugband blues).
syd left about 67-68 and ummagumma was recorded (both live and studio albums) in 69.

he wasnt part of the live performances, or the studio albums

if you like syd barrett, get piper, and try and find his solo stuff
