Skate shops almost always have hoodies in stock. PDC, Surf Dive Ski or whoever they are.
Jeans are easy - Jeans West, Just Jeans, Jay jays, they're all owned by the same people, but the first two are generally pricier. General pants are OK too if you don't mind slightly pushy sales people.
Shirts - Anywhere. Depends on what kind you want. Surf shops, skate shops, jeans shops all have t shirts.

If it was me, I'd spend it on the interweb. Fuck irl shopping

tbh you can probably find everything you're after at any half-decent shopping centre, just go to your local westfield or whatever and take a wander. that's what i do when i need new clothes but don't have anything specific in mind.
