Medium sized SINGLE room in Belmore (20 minutes to the city on a train). Price is only 120 dollars per week plus costs around 5 dollars per week. Male or female welcome, we prefer full time students and/or workers without pets who would like to stay here for a longer time. The house is only 2 minutes away from the train station and right next to shops, bank and post. It is located right on the Belmore main street - Burwood Road. This is a 4 bedroom house shared by students (from Hong Kong, Serbia, Russia and Syria) of which some are also working, no landlord in the house. We have bathroom and two toilets, big kitchen, laundry room, dining room and a living room. Small backyard in front. Very affordable accommodation, clean, safe and friendly environment (brick house, lots of trees nearby). Only you will have the room key. Any race, gender, religion etc. WELCOME to apply. Smoking is fine in the backyard or on the stairs outside of the house. Room has an air-conditioner. You can use all the appliances for free (washing machine, oven, fridges, microwave, rice cooker, jug for boiling water, kitchenware etc.) and we have land phone and ADSL wireless internet.
