I'm planning on using Picture of Dorian for a supplement text, and I have the whole marriage/society thing down pat in my head, but I'm looking for something a little deeper than that.

I hope my teacher begins to go into more detail about the 19thC, because I feel like I'm struggling outside of P&P which is relatively easy to relate.

So, we can talk about the happiness of individuals within the constraints of their society?
