I know there is already one of these but its been closed and id like to know how people went in there first assesment.
Mine was on Introductory Calculas and i got 82%.

yeh mine was bad
on locus and parabola and calculus geo. applications
got 48% was shit...i failed

ours was locus and geo of calculus

got 97%

and in 3unit, induction, locus and binomial i got 76% (which is ok for me)

Ours was on series and sequences, locus, linear functions, the quadratic equation and probability. - Got 87% so far (only got 3 outta 4 questions back )

You guys have nothing to worry about. I got 73% in my first HSC assessment and I ultimately ended up with a band 6. Just go well in the next few exams.

ours was on i think differentiation and locus, i got 96%.

for 3 unit, i think it was parametrics, and some other topics that were in year 11; that one i got 76%.

its when mid yr onwards, that you should really stress bout marks

i came fifth in the class and thats including all of the 3 and 4 unit maths students, i beat almost all of the 3 unit class and even scored with a 4 unit, COME ON!!!!!
p.s. i dont do 3 or 4 unit only 2 unit

My 1st assessments ended up being about the opposite of what ended up happening

First assesment was ~90%. Its the closest I ever came to not getting a mark over 90% for 2 unit

u ppl have all done ur first assessments... i still havn't had one yet... i'm having one next week... by the way... the marks r great...

finally.. i've had my first assessment... came second... although mark wasn't as high as i'd hoped... but it was as high as i'd expected...
usual silly mistakes... but yeh.. it was worth 10%.. so not much harm done there....
