There is no maximum afaik ... 38% of people in the 2003 HSC who got a UAI of 100.00 did 15 or more units ... but keep in mind that could be spread over more than year.

wtf??? 38% of last yrs HSC kids got 100 UAI.....ur not drunk right now r u???

When you look at some of the people who sat the exam last yeah, you do tend to notice the relative large number of brilliant people who stuffed up.
