1.I dont know why but for some reason i get really, really hungry every 2 hours and i need to eat fruits and drink juices to get rid of the pangs everyday.

is there any solution to this.

And how long does it take for muscles to recruit after 100 push-ups (20x5)
,210 body-weight squats(20,19,18,17,16,etc untill a 1), 200 sit-ups (50 x 4),15 kg weights 3 reps each(x3) .

-could my hunger be related to my routine?

If you need to have fruit and juice to get rid of it, could honestly be diabetes.

The routine you're doing is basically cardio, if your aim is just to be really slim then keep at it, but don't expect to build muscle. 24 hours should be enough to recover from it.
