2 Questions - Status and HECS (1 Viewer)

How can I change my payment option since I chose upfront pay when enrolling (I never had my TFN), I now have my TFN and want to apply for HECS.

Also, it says my program status is "matriculation", is that normal?

For the first one go to my student profile > government forms and then you can fill out your application for HECS.

The second question I am not too sure

I dunno about "matriculation", you might want to contact the Uni.
