Hello,

I was just wondering. For the HSC one has to complete 10 units to get the HSC, so if you do All 3 adv maths does that count as 2 + 3 + 4 units i.e. 9 Units?

No.

Advanced Maths is 2 units.
Extensions 1 Maths is 1 unit.

If you do Extensions 2 Maths, it is 2 units, and it also makes Extension 1 Maths 2 units, while making Advanced Maths not count at all.

That is: If you do Extension 1 Maths, you're doing 3 units of maths.
I fyou do Extension 2 Maths, you're doing 4 units of maths.
