Well the new financial year is nearly upon us. A few of the more obvious changes that come to mind are:

- The Howard government now holds a 1 seat majority in the senate
- The new income tax schedules come into effect.
- ‘Super choice’ scheme begins.

(and alot more that has escaped my mind)

Student unions will be crushed, workers will have their rights stripped away, indefinite detention will remain, etc. So much to look forward to .
