Exact same problem here ... after researching it however, it seems this may have something to do with it:

Is web enrolment available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?

Web enrolment is available from 8.00am to 10.00pm Monday to Friday. Please note that web enrolment will not be available at all on weekends.

The only thing iv'e found that sort of explains our issues

I recieved an offer for a HECS place in the Bachelor of Arts in Communications (Writing & Culture) which was my first preference, which I will accept.

i'm doing BBusiness/BComputing as well. the IT camp will be on from 13th Feb to 15th February. you probably got the info about that in the mail by now.
