4. Start my uni notes before the end of semester
5. Secure a good graduate position
6. Get out more
7. Relax and have a more positive attitude

Just get pest control. But that means instead of seeing live cockroaches, you see dead ones, flailing about.

Perhaps establish some rules? No eating upstairs, or in certain rooms or whatever?

If you get spiders from nearby infrastructure, I still recommend pest control. Don't think it costs that much nowadays, anyway (not sure about this).

I figured. Well he is bigger than me and physically stronger. While I might mentally torment him, he will go to disgusting extremes to get at me. Eg urinating on my bed. Spitting in my tea. Etc etc.
