This evening I had netball and I seen my friend for the first time since school broke up.

She casually handed me 2 more assignments that were handed out on the last day of school. Just when I thought I was on top of things..

I don't know if she was being strategic withholding them from me for almost 2 weeks, like wth? aren't we on the same team :l

...

I know, because I had a specialist appointment on the last day at midday so there was no point in me going.

She was the one that offered to collect handouts for me too.

So basically I have two weeks to complete both and everyone else has had 4. I'd never do that.

Get a better mark than her for me.

Orwell, I tried so hard! I ended up getting 94% which I guess is okay considering I had to do it in a fortnight and not a month. I just don't understand how I trumped her by 1%? Like, she had two additional weeks.

I'm elated to say the least, though. It's basically confirmed the friendship is over, though. She literally wouldn't even look at me let alone speak to me after we were told our results.

EDIT: Looking forward to finding out the results of the second one next Monday 8)

What a petty bitch though... Me and one of my best friends always got similar marks and bounced between 1st and 2nd a lot but we never got catty about it

Ty. It's actually sad that it had to come to that. I've always went slightly better than her in this subject, but she is better than me in the other subject (so we were basically on a level playing field). I think it bothered her, because she is much more competitive than I am by nature - hence her actions. I'm over it now though, friends are meant to be supportive of each other, not sabotaging.

Yeah like my friend and I got equal DUX of Year 12 and everyone was all like 'but omg don't you wish you could have just gotten it for yourself' and I was like nooo wayy it was so nice to win it together haha
