I don't think it works like that, because the Doctor of Medicine is not a Bachelor degree.

When people are talking about double/triple they usually mean degrees at the same level. If that is a triple, you're saying that "Bachelor of Medical Studies/Doctor of Medicine" is also a double degree, when it's really a postgrad and undergrad combined. Just like the BE ME for electrical engineering.
